NewMedia! worked with the 20/20 Institute, Colorado's largest LASIK provider, to develop a fresh online presence for the company's two major locations: Denver, Colorado and Indianapolis, Indiana.
The 20/20 Institute came to NewMedia! with a very clear idea: Update the "vision" of the brand online, ensure domination in the search engines, and take one corporate site and split it into two. The key was to maintain a singular brand identity and communicate the same corporate messaging, while appealing to two very different audiences, both in terms of website visitors and search engine users.
Mile High vs. The Colts
Throughout the discovery process, The 20/20 Institute continually emphasized the importance of Quality: providing the best care for their patients, and the best options for patients considering LASIK - even if that meant explaining that LASIK wasn't the right solution for you. Education, without a Sales Pitch. It was important that the site not only communicate the breadth of experience the physicians at 20/20 possessed, but also that the Institute cared more about providing the best advice to potential patients rather than simply adding them as customers. This message needed to speak to Colorado's skiers and Indy 500 and Colts fans alike, while appealing their unique lifestyles.
Both the Denver and Indy sites rank at the top of Google, and now draw in and convert more visitors than ever before, and the client's position as a true market leader is further reinforced, as it should be. As the CEO of 20/20 Institute put it:
